First Course is a Banquet story about how Hadrian and Bernard meet and get together!

In Chapter 1, Bernard is a new hellhound recruit who has recently joined the guard at the Citadel in hell. His old commander and bunkmate Julius has pulled some strings to get him a good position. Bernard pays him back in the one way he knows best!
